Why does this Role exist
The Project Admin Officer will support our Design & Construction Team in efficiently executing our data center construction projects in Taiwan. He/she is responsible for maintaining project documentation, document controlling, coordinating administrative tasks. He/she plays an important role in facilitating effective communication among project stakeholders, ensuring the smooth operation of projects.

What would you expected to do
Project Administration
- Coordinate schedules and events, assist in preparation of events.
- Assist in the production of documentation, such as prospectuses, tender documents etc. proofread, aesthetics review of documents.
- Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes, Notes and help chase down outstanding information.
- Protocol management and enforcement, help develop and simply operating protocols. Assists in educating new staff to comply with protocols.
- Maintain relevant trackers such as Request for Information, Client Comment, Defect Trackers etc. and ensure that relevant parties are notified to close out items.
Document Control
- Maintain and update document control systems, databases, and repositories to organize and safeguard documents, ensure version control.
- Receive, review, and log incoming documents, ensuring they meet required formatting and naming conventions.
- Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company standards before distribution.
- Document filing and management.
- Establish document control procedures and systems.
General Administration
- Schedule and organize senior management calendars.
- Assist in the preparation of expense reports.
- Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for the senior management.
Educational Qualifications and Experience needed for this Job
Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
